My client is looking for a motivated Caymanian to join their expanding Human Resources team. This role is to start ASAP.
- Responsible for following all HR guidelines, providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with Cayman Islands Immigration legislation.
- Work alongside Resourcers in gathering recruitment and selection processing details (confirmation of immigration status, printing resumes, checking references).
- Assist in preparing application forms.
- Assist in ensuring that immigration paperwork is filed appropriately and updates recorded.
- When assigned, scanning and admin of personnel files.
- All HR related administration including the joiner and leaver process, absence management, benefits administration.
- 1-3 years HR admin experience
- Excellent MS Office – especially Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent team-working skills.
- Willingness to learn.
