My client has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. 

The purpose of the role will be; maintaining the purchase ledger for the Cayman based entities, including payment of suppliers; Completing banking, by paying in and raising cheques, and raising wire transfers; Assisting credit control locally and Assisting with the audit of the Cayman based entities.


  • Ensure transactions are completed accurately and promptly
  • Post all required transaction entries in to the accounting system
  • Maintaining and updating the accounting records at both client matter and group level
  • Complete banking and make payments (raise cheques and wire transfers as requested)
  • Complete matter management requests
  • Provide cover for other accounting functions when necessary


  • Entry level accounting/bookkeeping qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Competence in Excel and accounting software programmes
  • Good time management
  • The ability to reconcile accounts
  • Professional services experience desirable.
