Job Information

My client is seeking a temp for 3-6 months to provide a variety of corporate administration functions


  • Handle the day to day correspondence and administrative matters relating to a portfolio of companies, including trade and business licenses, other licensing requirements and bank accounts
  • Attend to new company incorporations
  • Attend to the filing of regulatory and statutory notifications and any other annual requirements with the appropriate government authorities and in accordance with the appropriate laws
  • Provide corporate secretarial/registered office services including attending board meetings; acting as recording secretary and taking minutes
  • Assist with general corporate matters including preparing board and shareholders minutes/ resolutions, undertaking research and preparing reports on a variety of corporate issues
  • Preparing policies and other internal documentation


  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant corporate administration experience, ideally within a law firm or financial institution
  • An ICSA Certificate qualification or equivalent, preferred
  • Solid understanding of corporate structures and processes and ongoing requirements of Cayman Islands Company Law
  • Excellent knowledge of AML policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Working knowledge of Visio and Viewpoint, preferred
  • Complete accuracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-motivation with the ability to be flexible and work effectively as part of a busy team
  • Keenness for continuous learning as well as self motivation towards learning, improving and developing new skills
