Permanent Placement

Temporary Support Staff
Baraud International currently employs the largest team of temporary support staff in the Cayman Islands. Our staff provide professional administration, customer service, accountancy, HR, and legal support to companies throughout Cayman, on a temporary basis. Companies use our services during periods of change, when they are re-training existing staff, looking to hire new staff, when they are implementing new systems and processes, or to cover for sick, holiday, and maternity leave. Most clients have found that the Temporary-to-Hire route is a very cost-effective method of hiring and evaluating qualified permanent staff, hence, most companies within the private sector take advantage of this opportunity to hire. Another saving factor in using temporary support is that all costs relating to employee benefits are borne by our Company. Our staff are charged-out at an hourly rate, which is pre-agreed, and at the end of their assignment and/or work permit they are available for hire.
Recruitment Advertising
We can manage the placement of your recruitment advertising in the local press to assist you in finding new talent, and to ensure you fulfil your advertising obligations for the submission of work permit grants and renewals to the Immigration department. Our advertising staff work closely with our Recruitment and Immigration teams to advise you on the text and layout of your advertisement in order to ensure your compliance with requirements of the Immigration Department, and your Business Staffing Plan. We can then process and screen your applicants to identify a suitable shortlist of candidates, supplemented by our own database of candidates on island.
