The role reports to the Head of Consumer Sales and heads
with full P&L responsibility for the Indirect Channel to market. This
team are the main point of contact with a total of r retail
operations and such represents a significant percentage of
The ideal candidate should be financially qualified with a proven track
record of commercial delivery in the Retail sector, be highly
motivated and team oriented. Mobile industry knowledge is not essential
but a strong commercial acumen is essential.
· Oversee creative commercial management of Retail channel.
· Maintain, negotiate and drive forward commercial relationships
with retail partner organisations.
· Achieve agreed KPI targets on volume.Customer experience through delivery of accurate and timely marketing initiatives.
· Deliver maximum value against channel distribution strategy,
ensuring that innovative handset and deal packages reflect customer
· Proposition development in conjunction with marketing team.
· Management, motivation and development of team.
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong commercial acumen.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build strong and robust
commercial relationships, both internally and externally.
· Proven track record of top level contract negotiation.
· In depth knowledge of the Mass Retail sector.
· Degree qualified with demonstrable experience of channel
· Superb communication and presentation skills.
