Senior Sales Coordinator

About our client:

Our client is a reputable publishing company on the island.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all customer account information is processed in accordance with set policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining high quality standards and accurately processing various sales and administrative reports
  • Efficiently and accurately completing regular sales reports
  • Resolve customer queries and establish high quality customer service practices
  • Provide administrative support for the Regional Sales Manager
  • The successful candidate will be required to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • An Associates Degree or equivalent work experience or certification in a business-related area
  • A minimum of 2 years administrative work experience with a similar level of responsibility
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Internet and e-mail applications
  • An Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand legal contracts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with team members, clients and the general public
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently yet function well within a fast paced, team environment

About our client:

Our client is a very popular media and progressive thinking promotions company.

The Opportunity:

The successful applicant will work as part of a multi-tasking sales and marketing team providing services to radio stations, entertainment websites, local events and promotions under the direction of the Managing and Marketing Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Applicants must have minimum 2 years experience in a related field
  • Be familiar with local promotions, industry and nightlife
  • Be able to develop sales initiatives and promotions on own initiative
  • Have a solid writing background
  • Communicate eloquently with occasional public speaking for PR purposes

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in media, sales or a related field
  • Be proficient in event management
  • Have a sense of urgency and work well under pressure/on deadlines
  • Be willing to work towards a monthly sales quota

Marketing / Operations Coordinator

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate must have a proven understanding of the marketing function of an organisation and will be responsible for the development and promotion of new products, including Computer Training. Duties will include providing immigration services, staffing solutions for clients, developing new client relationships and working closely with various relevant Government departments, including the Immigration Department.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess, preferably, a Bachelors degree in Business and experience in liaising directly with top level clients and carrying out clients' instructions.
  • They must have excellent oral and written communication skills, meticulous organisational skills and be proficient in all MS Office programmes.
  • Our fast paced working environment can be demanding, requiring a strong work ethic, a willingness to work the necessary hours and the confidence to use initiative in decision making.

Salary commensurate with experience.
